Our Europe
A 27 part project to create tomorrow’s inclusive societies
A Legacy Project by European Social Label
Care to Change the World
Introduction
EUSL Our Europe (EUOE) is a bold, 27 part project and initiative designed to strengthen and refine Europe’s existing social and economic framework. The goal is to create tomorrow’s inclusive societies. However, rather than replacing the current system like in the sister project EUOS, EUOE works to enhance it, ensuring that cooperation between employers, workers, and policymakers leads to a more efficient, inclusive, and sustainable society.
At its core, EUOE brings together three essential components: a modernized labor union that represents both workers and entrepreneurs, a cooperative employer organization that helps businesses thrive within the European labor market, and a forward-thinking political movement that ensures policies support economic growth while reinforcing social responsibility. By aligning these elements, EUOE creates a foundation where businesses and workers collaborate rather than compete, fostering a future where economic success and social equity go hand in hand.
Spanning across all 27 EU member states, this initiative is not just about reform—it is about building a Europe that is more adaptable, resilient, and prepared for the challenges ahead. Through innovation, cooperation, and a commitment to fairness, EUOE is shaping the next evolution of Europe’s social model.
Core Components
EUSL Our Europe (EUOE) is built upon three key components, each playing a vital role in strengthening Europe’s economic and social framework. Together, they form a comprehensive approach that supports businesses, workers, and policymakers in building a more inclusive and sustainable society.
At the heart of EUOE is the Cooperative Union for Workers & Entrepreneurs (CUWE), a redefined labor union that unites employees, freelancers, and entrepreneurs under one cooperative framework. Unlike traditional unions that primarily focus on worker advocacy, CUWE promotes collaboration between workers and businesses, ensuring that employment structures remain fair, adaptable, and future-ready. By bridging national borders and integrating cooperative principles, CUWE creates stability and opportunity for those navigating the evolving European labor market.
Complementing this is the Cooperative Employers & Industry Union (CEIU), a modern employer organization that provides businesses with the tools, networks, and governance structures needed to operate across EU borders while maintaining sustainable labor practices. CEIU ensures that businesses remain competitive while upholding fair employment standards, integrating Charity as a Business principles to enhance long-term economic sustainability. By facilitating cooperation between cooperative businesses, startups, and established enterprises, CEIU strengthens regional economies and fosters innovation.
To support these initiatives on a broader scale, the Center Social Impact Equity Party (CSIEP) serves as the political pillar of EUOE. Positioned at the center-left of the political spectrum, CSIEP challenges outdated ideological divides by prioritizing pragmatic, socially equitable policies. It champions the integration of cooperative business models, private-sector engagement in social development, and governance strategies that balance economic growth with social responsibility. CSIEP’s approach ensures that policy-making reflects the realities of modern labor markets, fostering a Europe where businesses and social equity evolve together.
These three components—CUWE, CEIU, and CSIEP—work in harmony to enhance Europe’s existing system, not replace it. By strengthening collaboration between employers, workers, and policymakers, EUOE creates a foundation for a more resilient, inclusive, and cooperative Europe.
Our Europe: Countries
EUSL Our Europe (EUOE) is active across all 27 EU member states, working to strengthen cooperative employment, fair business practices, and inclusive governance. Through CUWE (Cooperative Union for Workers and Entrepreneurs), CEIU (Center for Employer Impact Union), and CSIEP (Center for Social Innovation and Equity Policy), we engage with local communities, businesses, and policymakers to create sustainable economic opportunities and modernize labor relations.
Our mission is to revitalize the European social model by advancing cooperation between employers and employees, reducing unnecessary bureaucratic burdens, and ensuring that our welfare systems remain equitable and relevant in a changing world. EUOE serves as both a guardian of legacy values and a catalyst for reform, aligning with the broader EUSL mission and the principles of Agenda for Social Equity 2074.
Introducing CGEI & INWE – Expanding EUOE Beyond Europe
EUSL Our Society (EUOE) was founded to transform economic relationships within Europe—rooted in equity, cooperation, and the shared prosperity of workers, employers, and communities. Today, this transformative model is growing beyond its continental origins.
As part of EUOE’s evolving global role, we are proud to present two new international modules:
The Center for Global Education and Impact (CGEI) and
The International Network for Work and Employers (INWE)
These modules were developed to carry the principles of EUOE into diverse global contexts, with a special focus on Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Where CGEI acts as the educational and social empowerment hub, INWE provides tangible support for employers and enterprises committed to ethical leadership and dignified workplace practices.
CGEI and INWE are the operational core of EUOE’s international strategy—boots-on-the-ground platforms for education, capacity-building, and employer transformation.
Together, they translate European cooperative ideals into globally adaptable tools for systemic change.
Explore each module to learn how EUOE is shaping a fairer global economy—one relationship, one enterprise, one region at a time.
The sister project: Europe Our Society
EUSL Our Europe (EUOE) and Europe Our Society (EUOS) share the same fundamental mission—to build a more inclusive and sustainable Europe—but take different approaches to achieving it. EUOE works within the existing welfare framework, strengthening and modernizing it through cooperative employment models, employer collaboration, and policy innovation. It seeks to improve what already exists, making the system more efficient, equitable, and future-ready.
EUOS, on the other hand, challenges the status quo by pioneering a new approach to welfare. Through Charity as a Business, it shifts the focus from state dependency to a dynamic, private-sector-driven model where businesses actively contribute to social equity while remaining competitive. Instead of relying solely on taxation and public funding, EUOS harnesses entrepreneurial solutions to create sustainable social support structures.
Together, EUOE and EUOS form two complementary strategies—one dedicated to reforming and enhancing the current system, the other boldly reimagining a future where businesses and communities take the lead in shaping a more resilient and inclusive society.
Other Legacy Projects
Beyond its focus on Europe, EUSL Our Europe (EUOE) is part of a larger global movement dedicated to advancing social equity, sustainable development, and cooperative governance. These efforts are carried forward through several long-term initiatives that shape policy, drive innovation, and foster cross-continental collaboration.
At the heart of these global endeavors is the Global Social Equity Alliance (GSEA), a comprehensive framework that integrates five key components:
-
African Unity 2063 – A large-scale Project Center initiative aligning with the African Union’s Agenda 2063, focusing on economic empowerment, social development, and infrastructure expansion across the continent.
-
Agenda for Social Equity 2074 – A visionary blueprint for the next 50 years, laying the foundation for a more just and inclusive global society, rooted in the principles of sustainability and equity.
-
Council for Global Social Advocacy (CGSA) – A platform for policy development and international advocacy, ensuring that social equity remains at the forefront of global governance discussions.
-
Unity Center of Excellence (UCE) – A research and innovation hub dedicated to solving pressing global challenges through interdisciplinary collaboration and strategic solutions.
-
Unity Academy Center of Excellence (UACE) – An academic institution fostering higher education, research, and thought leadership in alignment with social and economic progress.
In addition to GSEA, EUSL also drives Power Play initiatives designed to reshape regional cooperation and economic dynamics across multiple continents:
-
Pan-African Power Play – Spanning all Regional Economic Communities (RECs) in Africa, this initiative leverages cooperative strategies to implement GSEA and to enhance trade, infrastructure, and economic resilience.
-
Pan-Asian Power Play – Focused on strengthening regional ties across Asia by fostering cooperative business models, equitable labor markets, and sustainable development policies aligning with GSEA.
-
Pan-American Power Play – A transcontinental strategy aimed at creating a more integrated and inclusive economic landscape across North, Central, and South America aligning with GSEA.
These legacy projects embody a global vision that transcends borders, ensuring that social and economic progress is not limited to Europe but extends to communities worldwide.
